Hyperspace
Press Shift to perform a dash or a slide.
SLIDE
Follows your current input movement direction. You can fit under smaller gaps this way, but most importantly, it allows you to perform a SLIDE JUMP by jumping out of a slide.
SLIDE JUMP
Jumping out of a slide causes a Slide Jump, which has more momentum than a regular jump. The duration of your slide will alter the momentum of this jump-- jumping almost immediately out of the start of a slide gives you a lot of forward momentum. Jumping out of a slide near its end will give you a lot of vertical momentum.
DASH
While airborne, you will dash instead of slide, moving you forward without falling for a short duration.
WALL JUMP
When inputting a jump command against a viable wall, you will jump off of it with momentum perpendicular to the surface of the wall, with a slight upward boost.
Viable surfaces for jumping/movement are grey, smooth surfaces. Black gridded surfaces cannot be bounced off of.

At first it seemed like the shift button just raised your character in the air, and sometimes it felt like it wouldn't slide at all, but I managed to get the hang of it. I almost made past the second gap, but I didn't manage to. It would probably be a lot easier with a lower sensitivity! I really liked the UI also. The environment in general was really neat and reminded a Portal. Good job!
I like the sliding and the sound effect, it was pretty fun after beating the learning curve. I will say I think the mouse sensitivity is a bit too high, makes the control a bit less intuitive.
The First jump did take me a second, but after that, it made sense. I like the sliding mechanic. It's in a good balance of not being too easy but still possible. plus cool font for the timer
First jump is way better! The instructions in the description helped a lot as well. After going a few times the movement starts to get easier and feels more fluid. The differing textures help a lot as well for knowing what can be used for wall-jumps, and directing where to go.
First jump is too high / too far for the beginning of the game. Should also have more clarifying instructions on the different combos for a dash vs slide.
